During the printing process, ghosting often occurs on the printed product, which occurs around the nylon. This phenomenon often occurs in two situations: one is that the gripping force of the embossing cylinder on the nylon is too small, which is caused by inappropriate adjustment of the gripping force. During printing, the embossing cylinder is gripping the nylon while printing, and due to the influence of printing pressure, the gripping teeth may spit out paper (unable to grip the nylon), causing the entire nylon to move incorrectly and resulting in a comprehensive ghosting; The second issue is that the handover time between the embossing cylinder and the paper transfer teeth is not sufficient. At this time, the time for both types of teeth to bite the paper together is too short, that is, the biting teeth of the embossing cylinder have not completely grasped the paper, and the biting teeth of the paper transfer teeth have already opened, resulting in nylon misalignment during the handover of the nylon zip tie, causing a comprehensive ghosting phenomenon on the printed product after printing
The elimination method for BR: For the ghosting caused by too little pressure on the nylon zip tie, it is best to adjust the biting force of the entire tooth row first, as shown in Figure 2-37. For ghosting caused by inappropriate handover time, the opening and closing cam of the paper delivery tooth should be adjusted. According to the handover time between the paper delivery tooth and the biting tooth of the embossing cylinder, the embossing cylinder should bite the nylon and rotate for 10-15 seconds. The paper delivery tooth will open and release the paper. At this time, the opening cam should drive the opening swing rod to open the paper delivery tooth bite.
